First Oregon DUI Conviction
- DUI Diversion Program Possible
- Jail Time: 48 Hours or up to 1 Year, or eighty hrs of community service
- Fine Amount: $1,000 Min.
- Fine Amount: $2,000 Min. if Blood Alcohol Concentrate .15 or higher
- Various DUII Fee Amounts: $300 Min.
- Drivers License Suspension Duration: One Year
- Ignition Interlock Device Duration: One year after suspension is lifted
- Complete Drug / Alcohol Treatment Program
- Participation in Victim-Impact Panel Program Required
Second Oregon DUI Conviction
- Jail Time: One year max.
- Fine Amount: Up to 1,500
- Fine Amount: $2,000 Minimum if Blood Alcohol Concentrate .15 or higher
- Various DUII Fee Amounts: At least $300
- Drivers License Suspension Duration: 3 Years if its within five years of prior charge
- Ignition Interlock Device Duration: For two years after suspension is lifted
- Complete Drug / Alcohol Treatment Program
- Required Participation in Victim-Impact Panel Program
Third Oregon DUI Conviction
- Class “C” Felony if other charges are within prior ten years
- Jail Time: Up to five Years
- Fine Amount: $2,000 Min.
- Various DUI Fee Amounts: $300 Min.
- Drivers License Suspension Duration: Permanent
- Ignition Interlock Device Duration: For 3 Years after suspension is lifted
- Complete Drug / Alcohol Treatment Program
- Required Participation in Victim-Impact Panel Program
